Welcome to Blushyou Skin Clinic. By booking an appointment, using our services, or browsing our website (www.blushyou.co.uk), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a fee or loss of deposit.No-shows may forfeit their booking fee and be required to pay in advance for future appointments.

2. Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure all bookings.Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred with 24 hours' notice.Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless a package or promotion applies.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. You will still be charged the full fee.If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are taking prior to your treatment.We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it may compromise your health or safety.

5. Refund Policy

Services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your results, we encourage you to discuss this with your practitioner.Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

6. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older for injectable treatments.Some treatments may be offered from age 16+ with parental consent and presence.

7. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

8. Liability

Blushyou Ltd and its staff accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.We are not liable for any adverse reactions if you have not disclosed relevant medical or personal information.
