1. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or loss of deposit.

No-shows may forfeit their booking fee and may be required to pay in advance for future appointments.

2. Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with 24 hours’ notice.

Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless a package, plan, or promotion applies.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients and the full fee will still apply.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled at our discretion.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it may compromise your health or safety.

5. Refund Policy

Services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please speak with your practitioner so we can review and support your outcomes.

Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

6. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18+ for injectable treatments.

Some treatments may be offered from 16+ with parental consent and presence.

7. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable.

Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

8. Packages & Instalment Plans (e.g., Klarna/PayPal)

Bundled Pricing: Multi-session treatment packages (e.g., a course of 3 microneedling sessions, with or without add-ons) are sold as a bundle at a discounted rate based on completion of all sessions.

No Partial Refunds Once Redeemed: Once any session within a package has been used, the package is considered in progress and refunds for remaining sessions are not permitted. Deciding not to continue part-way does not entitle you to a refund or price reduction on the unused portion.

Rescheduling & Missed Sessions: Standard 24-hour cancellation terms apply. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be deducted from your package.

Expiry: Unless otherwise stated in writing, packages expire 18 months from the date of purchase; expired or unused sessions are not refundable. (unless a medical condition arises in which case we are happy to extend the expiration)

Transferability: Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the original client.

Medical Exceptions: If a new medical contraindication arises (confirmed in writing by a healthcare professional), we may credit the remaining value to an alternative suitable treatment at our discretion.

Instalment/Finance Providers: If you choose to pay via a third-party provider (e.g., Klarna or PayPal), you are responsible for all repayments under that agreement.

Disputes or chargebacks do not cancel your treatment obligation with us. Where a chargeback or dispute is raised:

Future appointments may be paused until the matter is resolved.

We will provide evidence of services rendered (e.g., treatment records, consent forms, dates/times).

If a payment is reversed but sessions have been taken, we may invoice the outstanding balance at the standard (non-package) session rate and/or refuse further services until payment is settled.

9. Liability

Blushyou Ltd and its staff accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings on the premises.

We are not liable for adverse reactions if relevant medical or personal information has not been disclosed.

Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for treatment and communication.
